At too many places clients are taken for granted. People talk the talk but they rarely actually follow through and do what they say or live up to their marketing hype.
It is easier said than done and it requires a certain mind-set and attitude. I really value the relationship I have with clients and helping them get issues resolved, no matter how large or small, gives me a real sense of achievement. A lot of the issues we deal with we have faced ourselves but everyone is different and issues arise in various guises so listening and understanding, before advising, is key. It is what we do.”
